Pro-paper group touts policy success A lobbying organization started by the Envelope Manufacturers Association has won some important legislative victories recently in its effort to stop the federal government from phasing out paper as services are modernized, according to the The Washington Post. Consumers for Paper Options was set up by EMA to lobby against the government's move away from printed checks and other forms of communication.
